About Scott Turnmeyer

I’m a photographer, entrepreneur, and systems-driven creative based in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

My work began behind a camera — capturing landscapes and wildlife across the country — but over time it evolved into something broader: building creative businesses that last.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked as a professional photographer and educator. My images have been published nationally, and I lead photography workshops throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains, helping others refine their craft and see more intentionally.

But photography is only part of the story.

I also operate a hybrid retail and ecommerce business, manage real advertising budgets, build analytics systems, and optimize digital storefronts. Every day, I work at the intersection of creativity and execution — where vision meets structure.

That real-world experience shapes everything I do.

I don’t teach theory. I build and refine systems that operate in the real world — with real customers, real traffic, and real revenue.

Whether I’m creating fine art, leading workshops, or helping small businesses align their marketing and technology, my focus is the same:

Clarity. Structure. Sustainability.

Small businesses rarely struggle from lack of effort. They struggle because their tools, marketing, and data aren’t working together.

My work centers on bringing those pieces into alignment.

Photography. Strategy. Creativity. Execution.
