Land Use, Growth and Zoning

Warren County’s natural character is a big part of why people chose to live and raise families here. I support strategic, conservative growth policies that preserve our rural landscape, protect farmland and ensure development doesn’t outpace our infrastructure. I believe to help maintain our beautiful rural landscape we should also push for environment barriers to be mandated around any light industrial or light manufacturing installations within the county, as well as begin to implement mandates for light consistenct to maintaining our dark skies. I will push for strict zoning enforcement and transparency in land use decisions while listening to my constituents on matters.
